These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of PinWorks digital products. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (LS Web Services LLC), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
PinWorks is a one-time digital product bundle. Depending on the tier purchased, it includes some or all of the following: a Make.com automation blueprint, a pre-loaded Google Sheets content calendar, a Google Apps Script URL fixer, a setup guide, an AI prompt pack, a board architecture cheat sheet, Canva pin templates, and additional content tools.
You receive lifetime access to the version delivered at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your download link is delivered instantly via Lemon Squeezy immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at contactpinpilot@gmail.com.
EU right of withdrawal: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal from that moment. This waiver is handled and recorded at checkout by Lemon Squeezy.
We stand behind PinWorks. If you have genuinely attempted to set up the system following the included setup guide and it does not function as described, we will issue a full refund.
To request a refund:
Refunds are not available for purchases where no setup attempt was made, or where the system works as described but does not meet your expectations. Refund requests received after 30 days of purchase will not be processed.
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use PinWorks for your own purposes, including for your own business (for example, to automate Pinterest posting for your Etsy shop or other commercial accounts you personally operate).

One license covers one individual or one business entity. If multiple team members need access, each requires a separate purchase.
Support is provided by email at contactpinpilot@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays).
Support covers setup questions and issues with the product functioning as described. It does not cover general Pinterest strategy advice, Make.com platform issues, or Google Sheets questions unrelated to PinWorks.
All content included in PinWorks — including the automation blueprint, guides, scripts, templates, and prompt packs — remains the intellectual property of PinWorks. Your purchase grants a license to use these materials, not ownership of them.
PinWorks is provided as a tool to assist with Pinterest scheduling and content automation. Results vary depending on your niche, content quality, and consistency of use. We make no guarantee of specific traffic, revenue, or follower outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
PinWorks relies on third-party platforms including Make.com, Google Sheets, and Pinterest. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms, service interruptions, or policy changes that affect how PinWorks functions. The core automation logic is documented in the setup guide so you can adapt it if a platform changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted at this URL.
